It has a simple alphabet for the first stage, then with letters names and how they are written in different positions in a word. The app has very useful quizzes to make sure earner knows the Arabic letters names, shapes and different sounds.
We also included Arabic numbers from zero to Million.
The Arabic alphabet has 28 basic letters. Plus two extra characters, the Hamza ء and the taa-marbouta ة. The letters are written from right to left. Many letters look similar but are distinguished from one another by dots above or below their central part. These dots are an integral part of a letter, since they distinguish between letters that represent different sounds. For example, the Arabic letters transliterated as b and t have the same basic shape, but b has one dot below, ب, and t has two dots above, ت.
Both printed and written Arabic are cursive, with most of the letters within a word directly connected to the adjacent letters. There are no distinct upper and lower case letter forms.
Most letters have 7 sounds and four different shapes in writing depending on its position in the word. This app will teach you the different sounds and shapes of Arabic letters.
