About Armlocks Volume 2

This instructional app will give you what you need to more efficiently practice, train & develop bent arm locks to a high degree of proficiency - and from various positions!

I designed this app to be a combination of thirty-five instructional videos and two very informative articles. The mix of these two will set you on a journey toward finishing bent arm locks more confidently & consistently in your training sessions and in competitions.
