-Making a voice call now default to the native phone dialer. VoIP is still an option but must be explicitly enabled in the settings tab.
-Video annotation streams are now connected directly between the users, this has the benefit of reduced latency and better quality.
-Add "Connect" link to CS Canada.
-Change Canada "East" region to "East/Quebec".
