• Introducing our new pre-match lightshow. Click the menu icon in the top right-hand corner and select 'Light up Villa Park' to be part of our new interactive experience at the game. Click accept & continue and enable microphone & camera access to show your support for the team whilst in the stands.
• Screenshots of tickets don’t work at the turnstiles for security reasons, so we’ve implemented measures to disable screenshotting functionality whilst viewing your tickets - a live version needs to be shown or NFC added to your wallet.
• No more login barriers for tickets and memberships. Once logged in in-app, navigate to our ticketing & memberships areas without the need to login again.
