• Fixed a minor bug on iPad devices that would not correctly scale the My Library screen rows vertically when an audiobook contained more details than normal.
• Added an alert that displays if a user’s device does not have sufficient space to accommodate the downloading of the ENTIRE audiobook. This will avoid misunderstandings related to why only partial audiobooks sometimes download. Users will now be required to free enough space on their device to accommodate the entire audiobook prior to starting the audiobook download process.
• Removed the “Contact Us” link from the green slide-out nav menu, and added it beneath the “Help & FAQs” section instead (in the orange header bar). We made this change to help facilitate quick access to the most frequently asked questions. Major customer support related updates in this release! Please review the notes below for details:
• Added Push Notifications so you can stay up-to-date on new app releases, be notified when customer support responds to a question and more. NOTE: We highly recommend that you choose to receive Push Notifications when prompted!
• Added in-app chat style customer support, with real-time response (during business hours). This new support option allows you to communicate with customer support without leaving our app; it even allows you to attach screenshots to your message if needed. To begin a support messaging session, just tap the "Contact Us" link located under the main nav panel (the slide-out menu with the green background). If you choose to allow Push Notifications and leave a message for support during busy periods or after hours, you will receive a notification on your device when customer support replies so there is no need to keep checking your email inbox for a response.
• Completely revised our FAQs to be more user friendly, and detail rich. FAQs now include app screenshots where necessary to help illustrate details.
• Added a notification alert when a bookmark is saved via the Audio Player screen. Prior to this change there was no alert feedback, leaving you wondering if the bookmark saved successfully.

What's new in this release:
• Fixed a bug that caused some longer audiobooks to stop downloading, resulting in the need for the customer to manually tap the green cloud icon on the Tracks/Chapters screen to resume the download process.
• Audiobook tracks/chapters now download approximately 25% faster than previous versions when compared on the same network.
• The My Library screen now downloads all audiobook cover images to the device when it first syncs with a customer's account, and updates new audiobook images with each sync process thereafter. Prior to this change the My Library screen only downloaded audiobook cover images as they came into view on the device's screen, and downloaded offscreen images as the customer scrolled through their Library. As a result, if a customer was unable to access wifi they would not see these details until the next time they connected.
• When no data or wifi connection is available (such as when the device is in airplane mode) an alert now displays when a customer taps an audiobook on the My Library screen. Prior to this change some customers were confused because the app provided no visible feedback to their taps, leaving them thinking the app had frozen.
• Some users mentioned app crashes after the completion of the first track. This has been resolved.
• Misc bug fixes and performance improvements.

• Fixed the Sleep Timer, which stopped working altogether with the release of a previous version.
• Fixed a bug related to the audiobook progress bar on the Lock Screen. Prior to this fix the progress bar on the lock screen would "rewind" 15 to 20 second when pausing the audiobook. This seemed to only impact iPhone devices. (NOTE: You will still see the audiobook "rewind" about 5-7 seconds when pausing on both the Lock Screen and the Audio Player screen within the app. This is by design so that when you resume playback later you will catch the last few seconds of audio prior to the true pause position).

• Fixed a major bug that caused iPad users to experience significant app display issues. The iPad version of our app is now stable and all display issues have been resolved.
• Fixed an issue that prevented pausing of an audiobook from the device Lock Screen when the app is not on the Audio Player screen. Now your audiobooks can be paused from the device Lock Screen regardless of whether the app is on the Audio Player screen or not.

• NOTE: In a future release (to come in the next couple of weeks) we will address an issue some users have mentioned related to their audiobook download randomly stopping. In the meantime, once you begin your audiobook download, to ensure that all audiobook tracks/chapters download successfully, simply navigate to the Tracks & Chapters screen from within the Audio Player screen by tapping the white icon in the upper right corner. If you see the round GREEN cloud icon appear to the right of any track/chapter for more than a few seconds, simply tap that icon to restart the download process.

• Removed the “Mute” button from the audio player screen. Some users noted that they would accidentally tap it while handling their phones. The Pause button is the better option for muting the audio playback so the decision was made to remove the Mute button altogether.
• Thanks to user reports we resolved a bug that involved the volume level adjuster on the audio player screen semipermanently muting the audiobook when turned all the way down. The underlying bug resulted in the inability to restore volume to the audiobook without restarting the app. This has been resolved.

• Thanks to our awesome customers who notified us of an audio related bug caused when the volume scrubber in the app’s player was swiped all the way to the left (turning the volume all the way down). When this occurred the app’s mute feature was automatically engaged and prevented the device’s built-in volume controls from adjusting the volume level of the app. In this build we removed the automatic mute when the volume is turned down using the scrubber, and added a feature to un-mute the audio (when muted using the mute button) if the user increases the volume via the app’s volume scrubber or the device’s built-in audio controls.
• Set the audiobook details row height on the My Library screen to dynamically adjust based on the audiobook detail content. Some audiobooks contain more details than others and would sometimes reflow into the next listed audiobook's details.
• FAQs download automatically and store locally when the user first logs into the app so they are accessible offline. Prior to this change if the user did not navigate to the FAQs screen prior to going offline (i.e. engaging Airplane mode), the FAQs page would be blank.
• The “Sort” options on the My Library screen now stick when the user chooses an option from the menu. Prior to this fix the Sort filter would revert to the default sort each time the user navigated away from and back into the My Library screen.
• Some users noted that their audiobook automatically begins playing when connecting or reconnecting to their external bluetooth device for audio playback (e.g. car audio system). This has been resolved for most devices. However, there may still be third party bluetooth devices that automatically send a “play” signal to the connected device, which is beyond our control.
• Sets the pause location of the audiobook to 5 seconds prior to the actual pause location to account for any delay when the app receives the pause command from a connected Bluetooth device.

Although this occurred most often when connected to a third party bluetooth device, this issue should be resolved for all instances.
- Resolved an issue where some users reported their audiobook automatically resuming playback when reconnecting to a third party Bluetooth device. The app now waits for the user to tap the Play button before resuming playback.
- Fixed crash that some users reported when downloading the first audiobook when logging into a new account.
- Added a 10 second overlap when an audiobook is automatically paused when disconnecting from a Bluetooth device. This was done because some users reported that the audiobook would begin playback a few seconds after the audio ceased to play when disconnecting an external Bluetooth audio device. In order to ensure that this lag is accounted for, you may hear a few seconds of the audiobook track again when resuming playback under these situations due to this overlap.
