We believe in FULLBODYWORKOUTS, which are targeting all muscle groups at once. The goal is to create your perfect version, which is the most balanced and fittest one.
We provide 3 different sections:
'HARDCORE' is made up of 15minute to 60minutes workouts of High Intensive Intervalls to fire up your metabolism and rapidly increase your fitness level. Integrate this workout to heat up your system on a regular base to burn redundant fat, detox, enhance your immune-system, get stronger, fitter and happier!
'CORE' will build up your strength, mobilty, balance and coordination. So this will satisfy everyone who has to go easier on his joints. It provides more dynamic exercises leant on yoga and pilates to improve your core strength for a healthy body.
Try something new with 'CORE²'.
Bodyweight workouts with a partner. Equal heights and body structure will make it easier, but aren´t necessary! You will find the balance either way. Experience nonverbal communication through action and reaction of two bodies performing one movement.
A strong mind needs a strong body and vice versa!
