Build habits of awareness with ease! Not everything you want to accomplish belongs on your calendar or to-do list. Some goals are best reached by keeping important ideas actively on your mind.
If you want to improve your posture, you have to build awareness of your body position until sitting and standing upright becomes a habit. If you want to lucid dream, you have to form a habit of testing reality until it becomes second nature. If you want to benefit from your daily affirmations, you have to repeat them and act on them over time until they're internalized.
Aware Wolf can help by sending you reminder notifications throughout the day.
First, you specify what you want to become more consistently aware of. Here are some examples:
- Gratitude
- Improved posture
- Impermanence and interdependence
- Daily affirmations
- Dream signs/reality testing for lucid dreaming
- Drinking water
Next, you choose the number of reminders you'd like per day. Reminder notifications are sent to you at random times, so you never know when your next reminder will arrive. You can even add custom notes—inspiring quotes, encouraging affirmations, or anything else—and a randomly selected note will be added to each notification.
And that's it! There are no complicated graphs, progress reports, or streaks to stress you out. It's just you, a wolf, and reminders of the things you want to become aware of.
