About AXA Assist
AXA Assist from AXA Philippines is the very first app in the market that offers a real-time emergency notification and assistance, plus immediate filing of claims for the company’s general insurance policyholders. It offers 24/7 emergency assistance and gives peace of mind to both policyholders and their family as it provides various convenient services accessible at the press of a button.
Key features:
Red button
Policyholders can send an emergency notification to their emergency contact person and send their exact location. The emergency notification is also transmitted to our command center which will prompt a call to the policyholder to inquire about his/her emergency. Our command center can deploy policemen, fire trucks, or an ambulance to the location of the policyholder.
Claims filing for motor policies
Policyholders can file a claim by uploading photos of the requirements and the vehicle’s damage. Once photos are uploaded, AXA’s claims department will process and send the letter of authority through the registered email of the policyholder.
Emergency phone book
A complete list of contact numbers of AXA Customer Services, AXA Roadside Assistance, and Telemedicine services.

Thanks for using AXA Assist. This release brings new features, enhancements, and fixes to improve your overall user experience.
[New/Added]
- You may now add or delete the plate numbers of your other AXA-insured vehicles (Services -> Manage Plate Numbers). Please note that the plate number you used to register cannot be deleted.
- We've added a way for you to view your past activities. Just tap 'VIEW ACTIVITIES' in Services.
- Confused with what those buttons in Services are for? Descriptions are now provided by tapping 'What can I do with these services?' in Services.
- A switch is now available in Settings to save the pictures you take while using Services.

- We've made it easier to use ‘Services -> Motor Insurance Claim’ by having a dropdown list of all your plate numbers.
- You may now add up to 4 emergency contacts (Settings -> Emergency Contacts).
We also did some under the hood optimizations and minor bug fixes.
