This quality release fixes Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity problems and adds the ability to upload logs to our support team.

This release separates Axon View permissions from Axon Capture permissions as part of the upcoming Axon Evidence December update.

This update includes:
- iOS 13 fixes
- IP restrictions feature
- Dropped iOS 9 support

This update includes:
- Improved design for controlling Axon body-worn camera settings
- General bug fixes

In this release, the Axon View app will respect the Automatic Wi-Fi on/off setting in evidence.com (http://evidence.com/) under Admin >> Devices & Applications >> Axon View.

We are excited to announce the added support of Automatic Wi-Fi, which allows you to join the camera's Wi-Fi network as a hotspot on iOS 11+ devices.

Our goal in this release is to collect feedback from agencies that would like to test this feature, which is off by default due to restrictions on Wi-Fi use for some of our customers. If you love it or hate it, please let us know by dropping us a note from settings in the app or email autowifi@axon.com!

In a future release in Q1, we will make this an agency wide setting available in evidence.com (http://evidence.com/) to set Automatic Wi-Fi pairing on or off for all of your users.
