You have to first call the patient in your lab, then you will have to check the reason of that patient to be in that problem by clicking the Wheel Of Fortune.

Then after having the reason known you can enter the surgery lab to start your real work.

* Icing the Patient:

First of all if the patient is injured you have to cure it first in which you will be doing different types of processes by the given tools below.
Don't worry you will be guided by showing you the highlighters on the tasks related to the tools you will select..!

* Dental Lab:
In this scene you will do different operations according to the dental problems which your patient have by using your tool set. You will need to water the mouth and then suck the extra water time by time while your surgery... After having done your all work with tools.
