About Baby Health Record
Baby Health Record (BHR) app aims at making the process of managing children’s health easier for both parents and health professionals and promoting communications between parents and professionals.
BHR provides an electronic interface with which you can record all events that are medically related to your baby.
This is a way of keeping track of your child’s progress. Wherever you are and whatever happens to your child, you’ll have a record of their health and progress, which can be shared with health professionals. You’ll find it helpful to keep the developmental milestones.
