About Training ball & exercise band

Poworkout Ball & Band contains workout routines for cardio and strength exercises using a training ball or exercise band - for anyone wanting a stronger, tighter, firmer body.

Poworkout means ”powerful workouts”, and all workouts are short, simple and effective.

Poworkout is forthcoming, effective training that goes fast to perform. You can train with the training app anywhere, anytime.

Ball training exercises are totally amazing to improve body awareness, which is good for your posture.

The ball and band exercises are combined into FUN workouts of functional strength training and are also low intense fat burning.

You can choose to train one single workout or combine the workout routines into longer workouts.
Also choose to train the exercises as circuit training or one by one.

Each workout routine takes only 5-10 minutes.

The app will help you to get your training done effectively, you can spend less time training by doing it fast and well thought-out.

How the training app works:
Start training on your own level and advance at your own pace. Choose your workout routine and level, press start button, workout as the Poworkout training app guides you to.

Poworkout remembers the number of sets and repetitions from your last workout and can function as your personal trainer.

The app makes is easy to get the training done
Workout where ever you are. You can train your Poworkout at home, at the gym, in the hotel room, on your vacation or business trip.

Each workout routine in Poworkout is also great to combine with your run, powerwalk, dance class, stair master, cycling, group training classes and other cardio.

Stay motivated!
The point system helps you keep track and measure your training results. The more points you collect, the better shape you get in!

Poworkout Ball & Band:
33 workouts using a training ball or exercise band - will help you to get in better shape without getting bored.
Start exactly where you are today - and evolve. 30 levels. Level 1-10 is for beginners, level 10-20 is intermediate and 20-30 is for very well trained people.
The app guides you thru the workout. All exercises are presented by video and come with detailed technique descriptions in text. You will also find tips and alternatives to all exercises if you are a beginner or very well trained.
Combine the 33 workout routines anyway you like - makes it easy to alternate your training. (Alternating your training is a great way to get results.)
Poworkout app gets your training done in less amount of time and more regularly. Spend 10-20 minutes 3-5 times a week to get more firm, stronger and tighter.
The app’s simplicity helps you to keep it simple and stay focused to get the body you want.
