Heating up: Slightly increases the chances of getting block, we encourage players taking wide open 3s rather than just chucking up shots. Therefore we have made the slight adjustment for Mitsuki block resistance.
All-Star "Livia":
Super Long Legs: Slightly increases the cool-down time for Livia to activate her Long Legs ability, so after the update we expect Livia players to really get the hang of it on timing the skill.
