BBB Office app is basically to communicate with our clients effectively. Presently, our clients are sending the Government remittance details on a piece of paper. Now with our app they can send the information immediately and in a standardised format. This helps us in making the correct payments to the government.

Further, there are lot of updates by way of notifications issued by the government from time to time which are relevant to the clients. We are using this app to disseminate such information. Also, regular reminders on the return filing dates and other important dates from the compliance point of view shall be shared through this app to our clients.

Last but not the least, the clients come to our office any time without seeking prior appointments. Making them wait for a long time is not a good practice and we do not believe in this. To streamline this we have introduced the appointment section in our app so that any client who wants to meet any of the partners can seek prior appointment so that his time is not wasted as well as we make effective utilisation of time.
