About Bee Health

Bee Health is an educational tool developed for beekeepers in Alberta, Canada. Pests included in the app apply to Canada and several are common throughout the world. Drawing on current scientific knowledge, this tool helps beekeepers and other users to search, detect, identify, manage and treat honey bee pests and diseases. For verification, users should consult with an expert. Early detection and treatment of pests improves bee health and enhances biosecurity practices for each beekeeping operation.
