Dear Users,
Thank you for your patience.
We are aware that some of our users are experiencing the "spinning forever" problem. Since we can't reproduce the problem on all our test devices, it's a bit hard to find the exact culprit. But we added some bug hunter codes that hopefully can solve the problem. Please let us know the result.
If the problem is still exists, you can always contact us and tell us on what percentage does the app stuck.
And don't forget to rate & review BeforeAfter on the App Store. Your 5-star review will keep the improvements coming. Even if you've given your review on the previous version, please kindly review BeforeAfter again since the reviews are reset by App Store once the app is updated.
