- The new mobile "HR note" functionality is now available so the benefit administrators can now use this functionality to communicate with the members via the Benefitplace™ mobile app. As with the existing web HR note functionality, Mobile App HR notes can be used to share global communications visible to all plan members or can be limited to specific member populations dictated by the benefit administrator. Mobile app HR notes can be configured to include a combination of text, links, documents and media formats, including pictures and videos.

Following the release of our new web homepage in summer 2022, the app has been updated to align to the same new look and feel, as well as provide instant visibility to relevant benefit details and actions without having to navigate to a specific page.

You will see what you paid - including copay, coinsurance and what applied to your deductible - versus what your plan paid.
