· Vehicle check functionality has been updated to support use of ‘Worksheets’ allowing additional information to be captured whilst increasing efficiency *
· Resources can save their signature in the app settings and apply this saved signature with ease when completing vehicle checks, expenses, timesheets and worksheet signature questions.
· Resources are able to view unallocated jobs against a specific contact or item of equipment and allocate this job to themselves for completion. *
· A new worksheet summary page shows resources at a single glance what worksheets are assigned to the job and are yet to be completed. *
· Default answers for worksheet answers can be applied by the resource in a single button press. *
· Files can be attached to part of a worksheet allowing the resource to easily access site documents and other important information with ease. *
· Badges are displayed on menu buttons to denote new or updated jobs, messages and files.

In addition to rewriting the app to use the latest technology and fixing bugs, we have introduced the following new functionality:
- NoTouch Signatures:
-- Instead of handing over their device or obtaining no signature confirmation at all, with BigChange’s NoTouch signature capture, the mobile worker simply shares the signature capture link which the recipient can receive via email, WhatsApp, SMS or whatever app they use.
-- This allows sign off remotely and will also be useful more generally where customers are not normally on site, such as installations, deliveries and services work at unmanned or remote sites.
- Resources can now view historic expense and timesheet submissions.
- Introduction of new worksheet question type ‘OCR’ which allows text to be populated into the worksheet answer using the devices camera.
- When creating a job, resources can now populate the job custom fields, order number and job group number.
- Jobs list can be customised to show the first one, three or all custom fields.
- Notifications can now be read in the background using ‘text to speech’ technology, along with sound notification for when a new job is received.
- Banner advising users when the device is not connected to the internet informing them updates cannot be received or sent until connection is restored.
