Introducing BIG Seasons, a new payment solution that will get you paid on time! Starting July 1, users in the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa will be able to request their earnings at the end of a BIG Season, each lasting 3 months.
The first BIG Season, the Season of the Wood Pig ends on September 30 and the deadline to submit your payment request is September 15. We’ve also made additional changes to payments. Firstly, the new minimum is $10 USD and the new maximum is $200 USD. Secondly, you’re able to redeem 50% of your total points and we’ve removed the fees at redemption.
Users in the countries not listed above will have the opportunity to enter their points for a chance to win a cash prize once every season. We can expect to begin this in October. Stay tuned for updates! In the meantime, keep collecting those points. You can still use those points at a later time!
