حيث تم إنشاء الشركات التالية: شركة بن عزيز للمقاولات في عام 2002م كشركة رئيسية والتي تضمنت فروع أخرى بنشاطات مختلفة مثل (شركة بن عزيز للسيارات في 2008م وشركة بن عزيز لتأجير المعدات الثقيلة في 2012م وشركة بن عزيز للخدمات العامة في 2012م وشركة بن عزيز للإعاشة والتموين 2013م.) مع تقوية قطاع التغذية والإعاشة بإنشاء شركة النعمة الطيبة في 2011م وشركة أناسي في عام 2010م والإستحواذ على شركات أخرى في القطاع لتدعيمه بشركتي أبراج الطعام والكوخ الغذائي في عام 2013م ، أيضاً تم إنشاء شركة بن عزيز لتجارة الجملة والتجزئة للمواد الغذائية واستيرادها وتصديرها عام 2015م ، و شركة بن عزيز للحراسات الأمنية و شركة بن عزيز للنقل (تاكسي العاصمة المقدسة).مع إضافة شركة عالمية لخدمات المالية والصرافة (تحت الانشاء).
