The BioNET mobile application provides mapping and presents the biodiversity and tourism related data in the South-East European region. This BioNET application will transform the existing information about the species, ecosystem diversity and the genetic diversity at local, regional and national levels as well as the existing tourist attractions in the SEE region. The BioNET would present timely open data on the importance of protected areas and habitats, their tourism potential and the related risk and it would ensure reaching out to a much larger majority of citizens and it will also support decision making, communication and coordination processes for CSOs.
