About BIOTRONIK Device Expert LITE
The BIOTRONIK Device Expert App is a training tool for health care professionals in cardiology who treat patients with implantable cardiac devices.
• Improve your expertise with real clinical case-based questions on pacemakers (PM), implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), and Home Monitoring—the BIOTRONIK remote monitoring system.
• Practice your skills with a collection of cases for every level of experience—from novice to expert. The cases cover a broad range of daily medical challenges, from basic pacemaker problems to complex differential diagnosis of ventricular tachycardia to CRT challenges.
Each case consists of a case description and a multiple-choice question, combined with a set of parameters, such as:
• Device settings
• Programmer and ECG strips
• Intra-cardiac signals
• X-ray images
