With this app you can easily track your blood glucose levels over time. You can enter your blood glucose levels at different times during the day, before and after meals. Your blood glucose history will be displayed in a graph that is easy to read and interpret. You can also set a reminder to help you remember to measure your blood glucose.

This app makes diabetes management simple. Ease of use is key.

In the full version (available as in-app purchase) you can also track the amount of insulin units, add notes, track measurements for multiple users, and export (email) the results.
