Build your own video games with Bloxels! The innovative video game creation platform makes concepting and execution easy. Watch your game world come to life as you create and animate play spaces, characters and objects because you are the artist, game designer, storyteller, programmer, publisher AND player!
HOW TO BUILD GAMES WITH BLOXELS
The physical pieces in the Bloxels game set work with this Bloxels Builder app to digitize your creations, put them on-screen and make them playable. Use the 13 x 13 Gameboard and colored blocks to design a room, create the art for game elements and bring your heroes and villains to life.
When creating game rooms, each color in your design represents a different element, like terrain, water or a hazard. When building art, the blocks represent the pixelated image. Once you have finished adding blocks, snap a picture with the “in-app camera” to digitize your creation. Go from blocks to “bloxels” instantly!
When your game is ready to share, post it to the Bloxels Infinity Wall (Players must have a Bloxels account to access the Infinity Wall features – Parental consent required). The community of 13-bit builders can explore each other’s gaming worlds, playing games and sharing elements. Game developers earn coins when others play their games. They can then use the coins to buy content from other games -- you decide which content is shareable. The elements can then be customized to fix and mix into the buyer’s game. Let your game evolve, create new games and see your imagination come to life!

CLOUD SYNC
Players with a Bloxels account now have the ability to sync games and assets to the cloud. The cloud sync happens automatically given the player is logged in and connected to the internet. Players can now access their creations across multiple devices!
BOARD CAPTURE IMPROVEMENTS
Capture works faster and new color detection accounts better for room lighting. New Capture controls, plus/minus buttons to compensate for lights being too bright (lots o’ white blocks) or lighting being too yellowish (i.e. pink coming in as red, yellow as orange, etc...).
Various bug and performance fixes.

- Removed the Gem spending from the color palette and reverted back to previous layout.

The Infinity Walls is growing! Thanks to everyone for sharing all their awesome creations. This update fixes a number of bugs you may have been experiencing on the Infinity Wall and a few new features as well, including an improved Gameboard capture experience.
- NEW Game previews on the Infinity Wall and in the Editor
- NEW Forgot to name your content or made a mistake before adding to the Infinity Wall? Now you can remove it and re-submit!
- NEW Minor updates to the Infinity Wall, like noting games with the "End Flag" set, and balancing to the coin exchange.
- NEW A few "tooltips" have been added and we'll be adding more in the next updates!
- IMPROVED We've updated the gameboard capture experience to include photos that will show you the best lighting, position and angle for capturing your gameboard and new, more obvious on-screen markers. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
- GAMEPLAY Character collision adjustments, now they can go "into" blocks that have negative space, try it!
- GAMEPLAY Expanded the jet pack's ability to go "outside" of rooms, giving you more control of hiding things outside your rooms.
- GAMEPLAY Various improvements to enemy physics
- BUG Fixed issues with Infinity Wall content displaying wrong creator
- BUG Fixed issues with playing games on the Infinity Wall
