About Blue Light Therapy

Blue Light Therapy App uses natural processes within your brain to help with waking up. With just 2-4 minutes in the morning you will find yourself being able to get out of bed and start doing, rather than endlessly snoozing or swiping through social media.

5. Set device BRIGHTNESS to maximum
6. Set PLAY TIME to 4 minutes
7. TOUCH the screen and play with ripple effect
8. The app will close the session
9. RESTORE device brightness and night shift

DO NOT USE AT NIGHT - this will cause you to take longer to fall asleep.

Fixed Philips Hue not connecting - toggle the "Use Hue" switch on/off to show setup screen
Removed the need for a camera permission to setup the screen.
