BMT Rate Finder is an easy to use tool to find out the effective life and depreciation rate for any plant or equipment asset.
Using Rate Finder you can search by industry or asset. You will then see the effective life; depreciation rate for the asset for both the Prime Cost and Diminishing Value method of depreciation.
