Bountee is a customer loyalty program for everyone. Think of it as a digital version of SM Advantage card.

* Who is Bountee for?
Bountee is designed for businesses and sellers who are looking to get repeat loyal customers. Bountee can help you build a loyal customer base and make them come back more often. Bountee is cost-effective and very easy to implement.

* What is the criteria for using Bountee?
Bountee can help you if your average customers may comeback to transact with you at least once every six (6) months. The higher the frequency of potential repeat transactions from average customers, the better can Bountee help grow your venture.

As an example, Bountee can help a restaurant owner because the average restaurant customers can come back every week to eat in the restaurant. Bountee can also help gadgets sellers because average customers can buy a gadget or an accessory once every month.

Bountee will not work for cars or properties, for example, because an average customer buys a car or a property once every few years.

* What is required to use Bountee?
For the businesses and sellers, it is required to own an iPhone to install our Bountee App. Setup requires a short five (5) minutes and you can start giving rewards to your customers after.

For the customers, all they need is a mobile phone number. Optionally, they can also use our Bountee App in their iPhone. The Bountee App can improve their experience but it is not required.

* What is the cost of using Bountee?
All the members of our Bountee FB Group community can use the core functionalities of Bountee for free. Once we launch Bountee in the public, all of our first users will be given free access to our paid services as we launch them in the future.
