About Bowflex™ Results

The Bowflex™ Results app is designed for the Bowflex™ BXT 6 / 16 / 028 / 088 / 116 / 128 / 188 / 216 Treadmills or BXE 116/216 Elliptical and is a great tool to use while you are training for your next event, managing your weight or simply pushing yourself towards higher fitness goals.

The Bowflex Results app also supports Apple’s Health app. The Health app lets you keep your fitness and health information in one easy to read dashboard. Now you can sync your Results workouts with Health and see your calories burned, workout data, and heart rate data in the Health dashboard.
