Add contact info, about info, videos, color braces visualizer, doctor messaging and store.

All information can be read visually or recited with audio output via Siri like voice.
Content can now be shared via Email, SMS and Printing on Air-Printers.

BracesHelp replaces the older circa 2010 iBracesHelp app version 1.7.
