Now, you can manage a schedule for everything that matters during your jobs - as a list or via our all-new calendar view. This includes the project schedule, selection decisions, change orders, punch lists, and more. Get the big picture and then drill into each Task. Track progress through sub-tasks and visual progress bars.
In addition to the major upgrade on Tasks, there are dozens of smaller enhancements and performance improvements to make your BuildBook experience even better.

Whether you’re on your phone at the jobsite or back at the office on your laptop, your images in BuildBook will now always look amazing.

Thanks to feedback from our Builder community, we've made three exciting changes to the app: filter Posts and Tasks easily, more flexible documents, and take better photos within the app. Here are the details:
• Need to see only the posts or tasks relevant to a certain conversation or context? The filters are now visible from the Posts and Tasks lists, allowing you to quickly find all Posts by a specific category or location, or filter your Tasks by assignee, status, or tag.
• For documents in your projects, you can now edit a filename, copy a document to another project, or move it entirely. (You can also still delete a doc, share it, or download it to your device.)
• Your clients don't just expect photos — they expect *good* photos. Without leaving BuildBook, you have more control while taking a photo — including flash, grid overlay, and selfie mode — as well as cropping, resizing and rotating a photo you took in-app. Bonus: the camera works great in landscape mode, too.

Keep your projects on schedule with BuildBook Tasks. Great for managing selections, creating punchlists, setting payment milestones, and generally keeping your project team accountable. Just create a Task, assign it to a project member, and add a due date; the assignee will be notified when it's created, and you'll be notified of any activity on that Task. To get the most out of Tasks -- and other BuildBook features -- check out our latest help articles, including "How to Get Paid" and "Managing Selections."
Also in v1.6: Pro Team Owners can manage, close, and delete any project created by your team. We also improved the overall performance of the app and fixed a variety of small bugs.

Builders rejoice! In the latest version of BuildBook, we’ve got a little more of everything you need, and even less of what you don’t.
- You need to find posts, comments, and documents in a project, but you don’t need to waste valuable time (aka money) doing it. So we built a new, fast, thumb-friendly search and filter in the project feed.
- You need to share a photo with a client in a conversation, but you don’t need to create a whole new post to do it. Now add up to ten photos per comment on a post.
- You need to view your project activity while on a crappy cellular connection, but you don’t need to wait forever for it to load. So we rigged up the project feed to load more quickly than ever.
Add to that a whole bunch of bug fixes, cosmetic upgrades, and performance enhancements...and you got yourself a nice little stew going.
