The Business Digital Mobile Connect app turns your smartphone into a seamless extension of your Verizon Business Digital Voice office phone by allowing you to make and receive calls from your business telephone number. Take in-progress calls from your desk phone to your smartphone to work on the go. Manage your call setting features such as call forwarding or business continuity right from the app.

Following improvements and bug fixes were introduced with this release:
- Call transfer drop once transferred party try to answer
- Failed to make consulted transfer
- The users are not displayed even after scrolling in Directory

- Name with space in it will not show correct on landing page in the Connect iOS app 3.9.16.
- Sometimes Push Registration not deleted when log out.
- iOS 14 Connect 3.9.16 crashed.
