Designed by a board-certified neuropsychologist, this app allows you to build a plan for working toward your larger goals. Set tasks for yourself, arrange them, build daily "to-do" lists, fill in your calendar, and track your progress. You will receive helpful notifications along the way to help you on your journey.
When using the "C. Coach", try and work on new goals which are larger ideas. For example, "be more healthy" or "improve work-life". Then, fill in each goal with smaller tasks that you believe would help you achieve it, such as "eat an apple a day" or "ask for air conditioning at work".
