About CalendarManager - backup event
This app is designed to copy or backup the iOS calendar data.
You can transfer events between calendars under your account that is set up in iOS device's settings "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
You can send the backup file via Email or copy to your computer from iTunes.
■ Note 1: Past events
Depending on the calendar settings, the past events may not be loaded.
For example, it often happens that NO EVENTS CAN BE FOUND 1 MONTH AGO OR OLDER.
Please make sure that events are displayed on "Show All Events" before proceeding with the backup or transferring data.
If you don't find any past events, go to the Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Sync and switch to "All Events" to view all the events.
If the data still won't be synchronized, connect your iPhone to iTunes and uncheck the "Do not sync events older than xx days" checkbox option under "Info", then try to synchronize again.
■ Note 2: Copy the alert time
When you copy an event or import data from backup, sometimes "Alert Times" is set automatically.
You can change the time from the iOS settings.
To specify the "Default Alert Times", go to the settings and "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
The value on this settings may be used as the alert interval of the copied or imported events.
Please change the settings as needed.
