1) Full Screen Capture with Delay
Introducing a new level of control for full screen captures. You can now add a delay before the capture takes place, allowing you to set up your screen exactly how you want it. Perfect for highlighting elements or preparing your screen before capture. This option can be accessed in the Top Bar, Capto Menu Bar, Capto Dock icon, or via a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Command +T).
2) Top Bar Area Capture Enhancements
We've streamlined the area capture process for your convenience. Easily select your preferred shape (Rectangle, Circle, Freehand) and capture an area without the need for additional clicks. Switch shapes effortlessly using the dropdown menu.

With advanced audio control features and minor bugs resolved, the latest release of Capto makes it a favorite for your screen capture and recording experience!
- The Right Way of Creating Effective Tutorial Videos
Your Capto is now powered with the 'Record Camera' video option. It enables you to record a video while the screen recording continues seamlessly in parallel.
Simply select the 'Record Camera' video option (see screenshot below), and:
1. Enjoy hassle-free video recording
2. Choose from either system camera or external recording device
3. Re-position the video to nine convenient locations on the screen
4. Resize the video to three different dimensions to suit your need
This dual-recording feature is designed keeping in mind your need of making that perfect tutorial video. Now interact better with your audience, while the tutorial continues!
- Advanced Audio Control

- Numbering tool has been introduced for Image Editing to highlight areas in an image with numbers and letters.
Now you can add numbers and letters in your image to explain step-by-step process without having to worry about the viewer getting confused.

We also introduced Force Touch for following features that can be observed on OS 10.11 onwards
- When clip resizing hits maximum clip size.
This Force Touch enabled feature lets you know when you have reached the end of the video.
