About Car Time Trials
This App measures your real vehicle's time and distance traveled between 2 entered speeds.
For example, it will measure the time and distance it takes for your vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (both speeds are adjustable).
Or it it will measure the time and distance it takes for your vehicle to decelerate from 60 to 0 mph (both speeds are adjustable).
It also has built-in HELP in case you forget how to use the program "down the road" (no pun intended).
To perform Deceleration, make sure your ACTUAL vehicle speed is GREATER than or equal to the entered Trigger Speed and then press the "Press To Start Monitoring" Button.
To perform Acceleration, make sure your ACTUAL vehicle is equal to or LESS than the entered Trigger Speed and then press the "Press To Start Monitoring" Button.
In both cases the ACTUAL vehiclle speed does not have to equal EXACTLY the entered Trigger Speed as the PROGRAM will AUTOMATICALLY begin its calculations when the vehicle reaches the Trigger Speed.
When the Button "Press To Start Monitoring" is pressed, it will display a message "Waiting To Acquire Locations"......DO NOT START YOUR ACCELERATION OR DECELERATION UNTIL THIS MESSAGE CHANGES TO "Waiting For Trigger Speed". at which time you can then start your maneuver.
When the vehicle speed reaches the entered End Speed, the Time and Distance traveled from the Trigger Speed to the End Speed will be displayed.
