Create tasks and appointments for your loved one and the care team is sent a message to have one of them confirm they’ll do the job. Everyone in the circle of care is notified who is doing the task. You can also just book Uber to take your loved one.

Maintain an accurate list of current and past medication, track refills, keep the list secure but centralized, so all important parties can access this information if and when necessary. Store photos of pills and bottle labels to avoid confusion.

- Patient Calendar -
Group patient calendar know appoints and tasks are coming up and who is doing them all in one place. Also, see all your assigned tasks on your dashboard widget.

- Medical Records -
Crowdsourced medical records. Store your loved ones EMR Electronic medical records here all in one place. Cut through the silos and confusion of information overload.

- Dropbox File Manager -
All uploaded documents in the system are stored in our dropbox and encrypted for maximum security. Only share with other members you pick.

- Group Discussions -
We have defined six channels for you to have a group or private conversations. Your loved one is in the hospital create a conversation and post updates here for everyone to see. Don’t be stressed by communicating to each person separately. Discuss other important topics here wills, finance, medical, maintaining the home, services items that need to be done.

Keep track of info about home, legal, financials and other things you need to know to take care of your loved one at home.
