That’s why we’re happy to announce our latest update: Team video calling!
Team video calls improve your everyday communication with clients and teammates and help you provide, coordinate, and receive more effective services. No matter the distance, Caretivity helps you become more effective at communicating.
Here are just some of the ways you can use this feature:
Virtual Meetings with Clients
- Without having to drive to meetings, spend more time in conversation, and have more conversations in a day.
- Engage in more frequent facetime, especially with younger children.
- Take advantage of the moment—Chat now versus scheduling time to talk about immediate issues. Your video call is just one tap away.
- Stay safe, keep clients and families safe, and mitigate risk to other community members.
- Increase sibling contacts.
- Be consistent with other services your clients receive, such as telemedicine and telebehavioral health.
- Capture everyone’s voice and promote the inclusion of youth.
- Connect needs with supports, such as parent mentors and other non-traditional supports, from anywhere.
- Maintain typical face-to-face time.
- Have caregivers and biological parents interact more often.

1) Open the app and find your team.

To call the entire team, simply:

Introducing CareTeams 2.0! This update brings some big changes to the app including:
VIDEO CALLING
CareTeams.app now helps you reach team members and clients remotely. You are able to communicate face to face even when miles apart! It is as simple as tapping the Teams tab, picking the team member you would like to video call with, and tapping the blue camera icon.
NEW LOOK
We have a fresh updated style that we feel brings a modern look to our app. You will notice a greater accent on the color orange as well as a new logo that we feel inspires thoughts of community and teamwork. We assure you that we are the same CareTeams.app you have grown to trust, just with a fresh new look!
