Update now for a smoother experience!

In this release, we’ve introduced an enhanced workflow for updating your Home location data, which had been creating some issues in the app. Even if you weren’t experiencing these issues, you should still be able to see improved accuracy in your outdoor temperature and air quality information, once you update your address via the “3-dots menu > Home Settings” page. Additionally, for our wall controller users, we have made several improvements to the ‘Schedule/Hold’ related behavior in this update.

This update introduces a handy shortcut to Wall Controller Settings, an enhanced login for added security, and better offline device handling, allowing you to delete devices even when they're offline. We have identified an issue that was preventing ios users from launching our app, this hotfix aims to address the black screen issue that some users have reported on launch.

Driven by your feedback, our May update marks an important chapter in the app’s evolution. Focused on 'behind-the-scenes' enhancements, we've reworked our internals for improved performance and data freshness.

Additionally, for our wall controller users, we've consolidated all ‘device related settings’ at one place and fine-tuned the scheduling feature for better accuracy.

In this release, we aimed to address most of the login and authentication issues that were faced by users in the past few weeks. Our users should no longer be repeatedly logged out of the app after this update. Needless to say, please let us know immediately incase you face any issue.

We have also been upgrading our backend architecture in order to improve the overall synchronization and speed of response between your device(s) and the app. Hopefully, you will start noticing these changes with this update. More such enhancements are to come this year!

The highlight of this March release though, is a new “Biometric login” option for users who have phones with Facial or Fingerprint recognition technology. In order to use this option, you would need to allow permissions when prompted by your OS within the app, or enable it via Phone Settings. Note: The app does not have access to your face/fingerprint data when you use 'Biometric login'.

In this February update, several improvements were made on the synchronization behavior between your device(s) and the mobile app. Our team is making large-scale architectural changes to improve app performance, scalability and user experience. Look forward to further updates in the upcoming months.

For users seeing unusual values of outdoor temperature, the issue should be resolved now. We've also improved upon overall app error handling and reliability.

In this release, we’ve made a number of improvements to handle latency issues between the wall controller and the app that were recently reported by our users. Based on your valuable feedback, we have started making several architectural changes to enhance the way our device data loads within the app. We have also made our in-app messaging more efficient and reliable. Look out for more updates on these topics in the upcoming months.

Some of the issues we’ve seen so far are specific to certain phone/Wi-Fi router combinations. We will continue to resolve those based on the inputs we've been receiving from the impacted users. We appreciate your patience and are committed to finding permanent solutions for long term app stability.



Leaving the best news for the end!

In this update, we’re excited to announce the release of the ‘Vacation Settings' feature for all our HVAC system users. Thank you dear BETA testers for your extremely constructive feedback! We couldn’t have done this without you.

‘Vacation Settings’ feature can be found under the section named ‘HVAC Systems’ in the 3-dots menu (top-right) of the Home/Dashboard page.



Heads-up! Due to some of the more longer term architectural changes and firmware updates being done (described above), in a few cases, our BETA testers have reported a slight difference (~30-40 minutes) in the ‘start’ and ‘end’ times of the vacation between the wall controller and the app. The mobile app has been tested thoroughly and we’ve confirmed that it's reporting the received information correctly. We are working with our cloud and firmware teams to bring a resolution to this synchronization issue as soon as possible.

Until then, we still hope that you will try out this feature in the app and share your experience with us! We’ve added some interesting vacation enhancements in the app on top of the existing wall controller functionality. Do let us know what you think.

The primary focus of this release was to address improvements to Vacation Mode for Beta users, and improvements to accessibility. This release also includes continued updates and improvements to synchronization between Mobile App and Wall Controllers, as well as general bug fixes and stabilization.
