The Cat® Service Options Advisor will be used by Dealer Parts & Service Sales Reps(PSSR's) to talk with their customers about service options available for their machines at recommended intervals.
Service Options Advisor is intended for dealership employees ONLY. CWS is required for access. Dealership must meet the following criteria:
· CDDW
· OLGA
· Established Repair Options
CDDW and OLGA data will be utilized by the application and will only be visible to dealership employees.
