Stickers for iMessage will not appear on your phone as if you installed a regular application from the store, but you can find them in any old or new dialog in the bottom panel of the iMessage program. In any iMessage dialog in the bottom pane, scroll through all the iMessage applications from right to left to the end, and click the extreme button to the right.
