About CCFIT Tournament

Your Tournament purchase includes:

* 8 weeks of workouts, 5 days a week including sets, reps, and when to increase weight
* A different workout each day (workouts can all be completed in an hour and a half, sometimes less)
* A brand new plan every 2-3 weeks
* Videos for each exercise with a detailed description of how to perform the exercise
* Weight suggestions for each exercise
* Mandatory check-ins
* Different types of cardio
* Access to a private Facebook page to help you all connect with one another throughout the tournament
* Help setting realistic short and long-term goals
