To simplify gameplay and remove redundancy in showing player names, the need to enter your name has been removed. User information and player color are now shown in the message list with each move.
Row and column references have been added around the board.

Fix issue with start screen being cropped on some devices.
For more advanced players, algebraic notation reference now accompanies each move. Move helpers (highlighting squares) are still present to assist in moving and capturing pieces.
