Choice Decision: Simplify choices and decisions

Life is full of choices, options and decisions. Buying a pair of shoes is easy, but when it comes to a choosing a new car, a new job, a new house, or selecting a life partner, there is a lot more at stake.

The decisions we make can have far reaching consequences, not only that, we have to live with it (or them) for months years or even decades. Often it's complicated and the number of choices and considerations leaves our heads spinning! It's just too much information...

So how do we go about making these complicated choices when it's so important to get them right? Some people follow their intuition, emotions or gut feelings. Others like to make lists of pro's and con's. It all seems a bit hit and miss to me. I knew there must be a better way.
