About Cisco TKL
The Cisco Technical Knowledge Library (TKL) mobile app provides registered TKL users access to proprietary intellectual capital and best practices related to Cisco products and technologies from virtually anywhere. The TKL Mobile App will enable access to Cisco TKL content from a user’s mobile devices.
FEATURES :
- Ability to Browse, Navigate, Search, View & download content related to cisco products & technologies.
- Advance Search feature to filter search based on content type & content format
- Ability to sort content based on title, content format & content uploaded date.
- Content workspace to view list of saved content , edit or delete content.
Note: The TKL mobile app requires installation of the ‘Vera Enterprise’ app to view secure content.

We redesigned the TKL dashboard to give you a more user-friendly experience. Your new dashboard allows you better insight into the content we have ready for you to access in your TKL catalog. Have you searched for content and couldn’t find it in the catalog? Now you can use the Request Content button to request us to add that content to your catalog. We also streamlined the dashboard by consolidating menu items. Click the “hamburger” icon (with three horizontal lines) to access the User Guide, adjust your Touch ID settings, and more. We increased our security posture in this latest version. When you log into Cisco TKL, you will be redirected to a Cisco page to reestablish your entitlement. Upgrade to the most recent version to enjoy new capabilities, such as Touch ID and infinite scrolling. Instead of remembering another set of passwords, use your fingerprint to log into your TKL account.
