About CleanUrLungs
CleanUrLungs is an app to help people reduce the about of cigarettes smoked daily.
CleanUrLungs simple layout allows you to use the tracker to record how many cigarettes you smoke a day and how many cravings you have when trying to reduce your cigarette intake.
The calendar is another tool that helps you see your progress for the days that you have tracked your smoking.
The goal of CleanUrLungs isn't just another app to help you quit smoking, because quitting is hard, but the goal to use CleanUrLungs as a tool to help reduce the amount of cigarettes on your way to quit.
Features:
** Daily Goal - Set a daily goal of how many cigarettes you smoke and try and stay under the number of cigarette you allow yourself to smoke that day
** Simple Tracker - The tracker is as simple as it gets you have two buttons
+ Craved Button - How many cigarettes you had a craving for but didn't smoke
+ Smoked Button - How many cigarettes you had that day
** Calendar - The calendar is there as a visual aid to help you to see your progress of the days you tracked with Daily Goal, Craved amount, and Smoked amount.
