• Basic support for iPhone X’s screen

• Fixed layout issues in the Today widget
• Fixed a crash that could happen on launch
• Fixed reminders popup layout issues on smaller screen devices

Here’s a quick update to fix a couple details that went awry:

• Correct padding should be restored in the widget
• Reminder panel should be properly placed across different screen sizes

• We’ve added support for the new Proactive features on iOS 9 - as you use Clear (and we think you should!) instead of describing the app’s contents as simply “Clear”, we let iOS 9 know the name of your lists so that you can do things like ask Siri to “remind me about this”. It also means that, as you use Clear, list names will start to appear in Search results on your devices.*
• There’s some changes behind the scenes that have no effect on your use of Clear (we’ve just updated Clear to use the shiny new version of the Swift programming language).

New in this update:

- Fixes a problem that caused some dictated reminders to be set on UTC instead of your localised timezone.
- Clear for Apple Watch no longer truncates really long tasks.
- Fixes a truncation problem in Clear’s glance on 38mm Apple Watch.
- We’ve improved the behaviour of the App Icon badge so that it updates when background changes are made to Clear (as if by magic).
- Fixes a problem where Clear’s iCloud sync would silently become deactivated.

Say hello to the biggest update to Clear, well, ever! We’ve packed this update with three huge new features - including Clear for Apple Watch.

◆ Clear for Apple Watch

Clear for Apple Watch is the newest member of the Clear family. We’ve brought your favorite to-do and reminders app to Apple Watch, allowing you to complete existing tasks from your wrist, and create tasks and reminders via dictation! Just ask Clear to “Remind me to take the cat for a walk tomorrow morning” and we’ll make sure you get reminded (if you’re not a cat person, it’s OK - you can set any other reminders). There’s also a Glance, to show your next upcoming Reminder.

#protip: Tap the heatmap to complete a task, and use Force Touch to add new ones!

◆◆ Even if you’re not getting an Apple Watch, you’ll love this update too. ◆◆

◆ Interactive Notifications

We’ve added interactive notifications to reminders - you can complete a task by simply swiping-down on a notification and choosing “Complete”, or snooze the reminder for 15 minutes. It even works (as if by magic) on your device’s lock screen.

◆ Handoff

There’s also all-new Handoff support in every version of Clear (Watch, iPhone, iPad, Mac - we’ve been busy) so you can carry on working as you switch between your favorite devices. You can use Handoff via the Lock Screen and App Switcher on iOS, as well as the Dock and App Switcher (Cmd + Tab) on your Mac. Handoff is even supported in Clear for Apple Watch’s Glance, allowing you to quickly dive into your next upcoming reminder on your iPhone!

◆ A New Theme, and The Return of a Favorite!

Oh boy. We were going to keep theme details secret, but we’ve spilt the beans now. There’s a brand-new “Edition” theme to unlock, and we’ve made sure you can still unlock the “Vanilla” theme too.

Clear 1.2.2: The “Email Your Lists” Update

One of the biggest feature requests we’ve had has been the ability email lists. So we added it to our Clear list, and here it is!

• Shake-to-Email: just shake your phone to bring up the all-new-super-handy email option. Emails contain your lists (of course) as well as a file that whoever receives the email can open in Clear.
• We probably shouldn’t tell you this, but there’s a couple of secret new themes. Enjoy :)
• If you’ve read this far, we’ll reward you with the news that Clear will be coming to the iPad. More news soon!
