INSTALLATION:
CLIPish Keyboard is a "keyboard extension" app. You only run the actual app in order to view the tutorials of how to install and use it. Once you've followed the installation video, you access the app from your device's keyboard by touching the "globe" icon. * Several changes were made to make the keyboard much easier to use on the newer, modern iPhones that have larger screens. For example:
- Enlarged viewing area when you pull up the keyboard app, making it easier to view and navigate images.
- Scrolling has been changed from scrolling horizontally to a more natural-feeling vertical scrolling.
- Increased size of the Search keyboard’s keys, making it easier to type in what you’re searching for.

KNOWN ISSUE: Sorry, a bug introduced in this update. When the keyboard is up, pasting pasts the word "CHECK" instead of the correct image. We have submitted a fix and hope Apple can approve it and get the update out in a day or two. In the meantime, you may want to hold off on this update, or if you already updated, if you find you have the problem, you’ll need to save the image to your device library and then share it from there. Sorry for the inconvenience.

- iOS 9.x has a bug where sometimes the Copy and Paste feature won't work (it will not move a copied item to the keyboard to be pasted). We have coded in a work-around into our app to avoid this issue.

CRITICAL UPDATE–PLEAES READ! THIS UPDATE FIXES THE PROBLEM WITH WEB SEARCHES not brining up full results. Please read this to learn how the new version works.
WHAT HAPPENED? WHY DID THE APP STOP WORKING? Our app used Google's free Image Search feature for the web library searches. 3rd party apps use what is called an "API" to communicate with the Google image feature. On December 1st, Google deprecated (discontinued support for) their free image search API and turned it off, breaking our app's web searches, causing any web image searches to stop working.
HOW DID YOU FIX IT? Google has replaced their free API with a paid version. However, using Google's new paid API was not an option for us, as it would cost way more than what we charge for the app, so that was not feasible. So, What we did was to actually embed the Google Image search web page right into the app. This restores the complete web search functionality to the app, but behaves a little differently. Please keep reading to understand how the new system works:
- Rather than web search results being automatically included in any search, you must now tap a "web search" button in your search results to perform a web search. (This will, however, happen automatically if there are no Emoji or Library results to a search.)
- You perform web searches just as before, by either selecting one of the "featured" searches (i.e. Happy Birthday, Good Morning, I Miss You, etc.) or entering in what you're looking for (i.e. red corvette, funny baby, etc.).
- Now, however, instead of the results showing up in the normal thumbnail view like it was before (and how it still works for emojis and images from our Library), it will actually show you the search results in a mini web browser of a Google web page. Scroll down to see the thumbnails, which look better in many ways, as they keep the aspect ratio of the image and show them larger. When you find one you like, tap on it, and swipe right and left as usual. HOWEVER, and this is the important part, to use one of the images (to customize, share, crop, etc.), you HOLD YOUR FINGER DOWN ON THE IMAGE FOR A SECOND and it will pull that image into the app, so you can customize it, share it, save it, etc.
- IMPORTANT! If you hold your finger down on one of the thumbnails, it will only bring in a low resolution version of the image, and any animations will not play, so be sure and tap on the thumbnail first, so it enlarges to full resolution, and then hold your finger on that image to pull it into the app. (NOTE: It may take a second or two for the full resolution version of the image to download, and you can't pull the image into the app until it has, so if you hold your finger down for a second or two, and it doesn't pull in, it is likely still getting the high res version, so just lift your finger and try again.)

ENHANCED! You can now resize an image AFTER you've cropped it and it will retain the cropping. (Before, you could only do it the other way around, forcing you to resize BEFORE cropping.)

• NEW! EMOJI CHARACTERS NOW INCLUDED! No more need to have the Emoji Keyboard installed, you can now do it all from CLIPish Keyboard! When using Emojis, CLIPish Keyboard has many advantages over using the old iOS Emoji Keyboard. For example, you get more and better categories, making it much easier to find the Emoji you want. Also, using Keyword Search, you can find the exact emoji you want via the Search tab and typing in a description, "santa," "pie," etc. Now anytime you do a keyword search, any available Emojis will appear right along with animations and images.
IMPORTANT! Because the Emoji icons and features are so much better in CLIPish Keyboard, you should go to your device's Settings app and remove the old iOS Emoji Keyboard, saving you time rotating through multiple keyboards. (To remove the old iOS Emoji Keyboard, if you have it installed, run your device's Settings app, go to General, then Keyboard, then Keyboards, swipe from right to left on the Emoji keyboard option, then tap Delete.)
• NEW! COMPATIBLE EMOJIs! Special "compatible" Emojis have been added that are not available on the old iOS Emoji Keyboard. These Emojis can be used when text messaging with your non-iPhone friends, posting to Facebook, etc.
• NEW! FAVORITES! There is a new Favorites tab (Star icon). To add images to the Favorites tab, hold down on the thumbnail of any image, wait for the Copy/Add Favorite button to appear, and tap on the Add Favorite. Favorites are automatically organized with Emojis first, then Animations and lastly Clip Art images. To remove a Favorite, just hold your finger down on the thumbnail of the image from the Favorites tab until the Copy/Remove Favorite button appears and tap on Remove Favorite.

There is a new featured search called "Special Searches" (Lightbulb icon) for things like MIMEs, Keep Strong, eCards, etc. When you select one of these Special Search categories, the app will ask you for an additional input, such as topic, color, number, etc. For example, if you select the MEME Special Search, you could then enter something like "girlfriend" to be shown MIMEs with that specific topic.
• NEW! REMEMBERS LAST USED SIZE. One of the great things about the new Favorites feature, is the app will remember the size you last used any image that is a Favorite. So, for example, if there is a particular image or animation that you always like to resize to say the Small size before you send it, if it's an image that is in your Favorites, it will always default to that size when you use it next.
• NEW! iOS 8.3 READY. This version of CLIPish Keyboard includes all the new "diverse" emoji icons.

When using Emojis, CLIPish Keyboard has many advantages over using the old iOS Emoji Keyboard. For example, you get more and better categories, making it much easier to find the Emoji you want. Also, using Keyword Search, you can find the exact emoji you want via the Search tab and typing in a description, "santa," "pie," etc. Now anytime you do a keyword search, any available Emojis will appear right along with animations and images.
IMPORTANT! Because the Emoji icons and features are so much better in CLIPish Keyboard, you should go to your device's Settings app and remove the old iOS Emoji Keyboard, saving you time rotating through multiple keyboards. (To remove the old iOS Emoji Keyboard, if you have it installed, run your device's Settings app, go to General, then Keyboard, then Keyboards, swipe from right to left on the Emoji keyboard option, then tap Delete.)
• NEW! COMPATIBLE EMOJIs! Special "compatible" Emojis have been added that are not available on the old iOS Emoji Keyboard. These Emojis can be used when text messaging with your non-iPhone friends, posting to Facebook, etc.
• NEW! FAVORITES! There is a new Favorites tab (Star icon). To add images to the Favorites tab, hold down on the thumbnail of any image, wait for the Copy/Add Favorite button to appear, and tap on the Add Favorite. Favorites are automatically organized with Emojis first, then Animations and lastly Clip Art images. To remove a Favorite, just hold your finger down on the thumbnail of the image from the Favorites tab until the Copy/Remove Favorite button appears and tap on Remove Favorite.
• NEW! SPECIAL SEARCHES. There is a new featured search called "Special Searches" (Lightbulb icon) for things like MIMEs, Keep Strong, eCards, etc. When you select one of these Special Search categories, the app will ask you for an additional input, such as topic, color, number, etc. For example, if you select the MEME Special Search, you could then enter something like "girlfriend" to be shown MIMEs with that specific topic.
• NEW! REMEMBERS LAST USED SIZE. One of the great things about the new Favorites feature, is the app will remember the size you last used any image that is a Favorite. So, for example, if there is a particular image or animation that you always like to resize to say the Small size before you send it, if it's an image that is in your Favorites, it will always default to that size when you use it next.
• NEW! iOS 8.3 READY. This version of CLIPish Keyboard includes all the new "diverse" emoji icons.
• ENHANCED! When returning to CLIPish Keyboard, after any amount of time, it will always return to the exact same place you were at when last using CLIPish Keyboard. This is helpful for those who may use CLIPish Keyboard mostly for Emojis, since it will always take you back to the Emoji section when pulling up the keyboard each time.
• ENHANCED! Holding your finger down on images on the Recents tab now gives you the option to copy the image to the clipboard. (This use to only work on the Home tab.)
• ENHANCED! The Recents tab now has three rows instead of only two, allowing the user to see more items at one time. The Recents tab now also saves the last 90 recent images, instead of only the last 30.
• Misc. bug and crash fixes.

NEW! Add Text. You can now add text to any image or animation before sharing. You can also set the Font Style, Font Size, Font Color, Opacity, Drop Shadow, and Justification, (From full-page view of an image, tap on the Edit button and then Text.)
NEW! Cropping / Rotating. You can now crop and/or rotate any image or animation before sharing. (From full-page view of an image, tap on the Edit button and then Crop. Use two finger twist gesture to rotate.)
NEW! A new setting has been added to the Settings tab which allows you to change the Keyboard tab option changed to a Back-arrow Delete button. Some users prefer this, since they only used the Keyboard tab to get to the Back-arrow Delete button, since they would just exit the CLIPish Keyboard to get to iOS' regular keyboard when they needed an alpha/numeric keyboard. (Go to Settings tab and scroll down to find this option.)
