About COINiD Vault

The COINiD Vault can be used to sign transactions for both Hot and Cold COINiD Wallet accounts. Install it locally and use it for your Hot Wallet or install it on a phone that you then setup as an offline device and use it for your COINiD Cold Wallet account.

Version 1.4.0 of the COINiD Vault adds support for sweeping private keys and also includes some minor code cleanup.

Sweeping private keys can be done with either the cold wallet or the hot wallet. The advantage to do it from the cold wallet is that the private key will never be exposed to an online environment.

- Supports sweeping of WIF and BIP38 (compressed and uncompressed).
- Will derive segwit and bech32 along with legacy address if key is compressed. This makes it possible to create segwit paper wallets.
