Companion Mobile is a professional videoconferencing app from Compunetix. Quickly connect to share images, documents, video and more.
An active video conferencing account with a Compunetix partner provider, or an EVERGREEN demonstration account, is required to utilize the application.

Meet on the go, or schedule sessions with colleagues, partners and customers. This easy to use application is optimized for iOS devices and is regularly updated to maintain compatibility and ensure seamless sharing sessions.
Companion Mobile empowers users to conduct and attend meetings with other participants using:
- iPhone 5 or 6 or iPad (2nd, 3rd, or 4th Gen) running iOS 7 or higher
- Traditional, Standards-based H.323 video conferencing room terminals allow connectivity to EVERGREEN MCU technologies
- Desktop Windows using the Companion Desktop application

- Attended and unattended service modes - Companion Mobile provides the user with the capability to select the service mode. This can be configured by using the Service mode toggle on Companion Mobiles’ main login screen. When attended mode is selected, the user will connect directly to an operator, if EVERGREEN is so configured. When unattended mode is selected, the user will be prompted to enter a passcode to connect to a conference as was the only mode in the last release.
- Keypad support - Keypad support provides the user capability to enter DTMF commands when needed.
- Customizable bandwidth based on connection method - Companion Mobile provides the user capability to specify their desired bandwidth based on their connection method. This can be configured in the Settings menu under “Bandwidth on WiFi” and “Bandwidth on Cellular” properties.
- Mute Mic on Connect - Companion Mobile can be configured to mute its microphone automatically when connecting to a conference. This can be configured in the Settings menu under the “Mute Mic on Connect” property.
What’s fixed?
- Companion will audio mute when receiving a POTS call on phones. It will automatically resume when the call completes.
