Conect First

Note: Conect First is currently enabled only for the Town of Fairfield, Connecticut.

Conect First is utilized by the Fairfield, CT Police department to communicate with citizens.

For Citizens, the app allows you to:
Request police services
Report issues to the police privately
Reply to police Alerts with information
Share images
Set a geo-fence around points of interest
Location-based alerts
Assist in reporting, preventing and solving crime


For Police, the app allows you to:
Receive alerts when citizens report issues
Alert the community about issues such as crime, road hazards, suspicious activity, missing persons, weather and traffic events, and more
Initiate a private chat with a citizen that reported something
Assign Citizen reports to different police users
